The picture above shows a great exercise that will strength your core, lower back and hamstrings. Single leg bridge hamstrings roll inns. You can do this alternating leg or just one leg until you finish desired reps.

My name is Brenda Terry I am a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience. My passion is helping people to become stronger, more flexible and to move better.
